Dynamic
Arts Gallery is the trading name of Nicholas Knapp who is the
Sole Proprietor.
The following articles described in the Terms & Conditions
are between Dynamic Arts Gallery and the purchaser.
Pricing
Policy
The price quoted is for each print, excluding mounts and frames.
All goods are offered for sale in Pounds Sterling. Custom and
import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for
payment of any surcharges. Sorry!
All prices of our items are subject
to change at any given time without prior notice.
Ordering
We accept payment via Paypal which is a 100% secure online payment.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron
credit cards are accepted. We also accept UK Cheques and Postal
Orders made payable to Nicholas Knapp. Please allow 5 working
days for cheques to clear if this is your choice of payment.
Delivery
Policy
All confirmed orders will be despatched within 24 hours. If any
delay occurs you will be notified immediately.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and Air Mail delivery
to the UK and to customers worldwide. Delivery to customers within
the UK should recieve their product within 5 working days after
dispatch. For customers outside the UK, please allow up to 9 working
days after dispatch.
Please advise us if you do not recieve your item(s) within 12
working days of placing your order.
Returns Policy
All orders are carfully checked before despatch. If you are not
happy with your product or if the goods are damaged in transit
, become faulty while in transit please notify us within 7 days
of recieving them. Return the goods to us in its original packaging
material and we will replace your item at no extra charge or you
can have a full refund including postage costs. This does not
effect your statutory rights. This policy also adopts the new
distant selling regulations as stated below.

Price: The price
of goods purchased via this Website shall be the price advertised
on this Web site at the time of purchase.
Payment: Payment
for any goods purchased must be made at the time of placing the
order and prior to delivery.
Cancellation and Refunds:
In accordance with the Regulations and in certain circumstances
you have a right of cancellation within seven days
of purchase. To
cancel, you can contact us within seven days
of delivery of your item(s). You must take reasonable care of
the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned to
us and we will offer you a full refund.

to items personalised or made to your specification.)

Errors and Omissions
We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are
aware of them. However, you should know that the colours and appearance
of images, may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen.
Liable, Slander or Harassment
We take matters of harrasment and slander very seriously. As a
user of dynamicartsgallery.com you may not transmit or post any
content which is abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening,
vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or unlawful. You may not abuse, harass,
or threaten any member of dynamicartsgallery.com, or any individual.
You may not post, transmit, or facilitate the transmission of
any content that is intentionally false, inaccurate, or misleading
on our guestbook or any other website or forum. Any individual
or group who commits themselves to slander would be liablise and
will result in prosecution according to English and Welsh law.
Privacy Policy
We are commited to protecting your privacy. I will only use the
information we collect about you lawfully- in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998. The information I collect is to
process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
None of the information supplied by you will be provided to anyone

and creating the artwork on this website, so you accept that the
images and content used on our website are the property of Nicholas
Knapp and Dynamic Arts Gallery. All airline and other trademarks,
images used in this website are the copyright property of their
respective owners. All Illustrations are not endorsed or affliliated
by the any of the companies. You
may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create
derivative works without consent from Nicholas Knapp and dynamicartsgallery.com.
If you wish to use our Artwork for
Commercial Use, whether it be a small image on a web page or the
front cover of a major publication. We offer the following option:
Royalty Free:
Option 1:We can
sell you non-transferable rights to use the image/s wherever you
like, as often as you like, for as long as you like. This is a
good option for companies who may wish to use our artwork for
their products in a mixture of reports, presentations and publicity
materials.
Residual payments/ Royalities
Option 2: If you intend to include our images
to make a commercially salable product...We can sell royalties
linked to the number of units printed per 1000, this is per individual
image used for commercial use.
This option applies if a printed circulation is more than 5000+.
This includes publicity material ie: magazines, leaflets posters
etc.
Please respect that www.dynamicartsgallery.com is still the copyright
holder of the image supplied even though it is royality free.
The Law
This agreement's is accordance by laws of England and Wales. In
the event that there is a dispute between Dynamic Arts Gallery
and any idividual arising out of any sale or any other issues
presented in our agreement will agree to non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English and Welsh courts.
