How long will it take you to process my order?
No more than 24 hours and often the same day as I receive it.

How do I request my free open edition print?
On completing your order online you will be prompted to type in your free open edition print, which will be recorded along with your order. (Remember that your free print only applies if you purchase 2 prints or more.)
If you are purchasing by cheque or postal order remember to write your requested free open edition print along with your order.

How do you send prints?
In a strong cardboard tube and we GUARANTEE your order will arrive in perfect condition. We can fit up to 3 prints in 1 tube. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Overseas orders are sent by First Class Air Mail Delivery, which requires your item to be signed for on receipt.

Can you deliver my order to my work address?
Yes! This is no problem and have done this in the past for many of my customers in the UK and Overseas.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK orders should arrive the day after posting. Overseas orders normally take no more than seven days to reach anywhere in the world.

Is shipping an order overseas a problem for you?
Not in the slightest – we do it all the time and have customers from all over the world.

Could you ship a print for me directly to a friend or loved one as a present?
Absolutely. Just let us know what you would like done and we will do my best to make you both happy!

Do you frame prints?
Due to the fragility of a framed print we regret we are unable to offer this service. Most framers would be able to frame your print(s) within seven days. Much will depend on your choice of mountboard and frame.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
A predetermined number of prints published from an original piece of art. The quantity of prints published can vary from edition to edition. Typically, an edition will be 800, or less. The fewer the number of prints the rarer the print. Each print is individually numbered. e.g. 20/850

OPEN EDITION PRINTS
A print edition of an unrestricted quantity. Due to their unlimited nature, these prints are often much cheaper to buy.

PAPER QUALITY AND PRINTING
We use heavyweight satin photograhic paper of the finest quality using the highest quality lightfast inks. We also use four-colour Offset Lithography, the most widely used form of printing today.
