You accepted that all Aircraft Artwork is 100% copyright protected by the Aviation Artist Nicholas Knapp.

All passion, energy, research, time, effort and creative skill has been put into each and every aircraft artwork by the Aviation Artist.

Unless specifically agreed, this copyright is non-transferable. Purchasing the rights to use the artwork does not include the re-assignment of copyright.

Each and every individual aircraft profile illustrations available from Dynamic Arts Gallery have a © symbol and artists trademark positioned below the aircraft artwork itself. All aircraft artworks/digital artwork files/ all formats/originals and commissions are 100% copyrighted and owned by Dynamic Arts Gallery and the
Aviation Artist/Author Nicholas Knapp where stated. All company logos and trademarks surrounding each aircraft artwork on each print are the sole property of their respective owner. The prints are no way endorsed by whatever company that may appear in the image of each print. Copyright of all individual aircraft illustrations, on each print are the property of the artist/author Nicholas Knapp.

A work may be used by anyone for the purposes of research or private study without the permission of the Artist/Author, provided the use is conducted in a way which does not prejudice the rights of the copyright owner. The work may also be used for criticism or review or for reporting current events and provided that the use of the work is accompanied by the acknowledgement identifying the author and the title of the work.
